Hey everyone,
Now that the campaign has wrapped, we’re getting everything set up behind the scenes for the next step, BackerKit surveys.
These surveys will be sent out in about 2 weeks, and they’ll be where you:
- Confirm your reward
- Select any add-ons
- Provide your shipping details
What to expect:
- The survey will come from BackerKit (not Kickstarter)
- We’ll post another update as soon as they go live
- You’ll have plenty of time to complete it before anything is locked
In the meantime:
We’re finalizing production details and getting everything ready to move forward smoothly. More updates coming soon as we lock things in.
Late pledges
Late pledges are still available here on Kickstarter, and will also be available through BackerKit once surveys go out.

The campaign has officially come to an end.
I just want to say thank you.
It has been amazing watching so many people support something we put so much time and energy into.
I truly appreciate it.
From here, I will be moving into the next phase of the project. I will be sharing updates as we go, including timelines, production details, and everything you need to know moving forward.

Hey everyone,
We just crossed $10,000.
Because of you, the base game life trackers are now upgraded from plastic to wooden tokens.
This is something I really wanted to include, and seeing it unlocked during the campaign makes it even better. It is a small detail, but it adds a lot to the feel of the game at the table.
Every backer helped make this happen.

Hey everyone,
We’re officially down to the final 48 hours.
This is the part of the campaign where things really start to move, and seeing it happen in real time has been incredible.
We’re currently at $9,965 with 148 backers, and every single one of you has helped bring this to life.
What started as an idea is now something real… and that still hasn’t fully sunk in.
For anyone who’s been following along but hasn’t backed yet , this is your window.
When the campaign ends:
• The Kickstarter price is gone
• This version of the game changes
• And the first edition is locked in
The game you’re seeing here isn’t the same one from day one.
The mini expansion grew.
The Holiday Horde was added.
And a lot of this was shaped during the campaign itself.
That’s what makes this version special.

Hey everyone,
I’ve been thinking a lot about the mini expansion…
And honestly, this was too good to lock behind stretch goals.
So I made a big decision:
🧟 The Holiday Horde is now INCLUDED in the Mini Expansion.
That means:
- Characters people were waiting to unlock..
- Characters you told me you loved..
- Characters I didn’t want to hold back..
…are now part of the expansion.
No waiting. No “maybe we hit it.”
Just more content.
👇 Here’s what’s now included:
What’s in the Mini Expansion now?
- The Misfits (our chaotic originals)
- The Holiday Horde characters
- Backer-created characters from the Immortality tier
20 unique characters total
More variety, more personality, more replayability.
🎄 What about Santa?
Santa stays in the main game, already unlocked and ready to go.
To keep the mini expansion at 20 characters, he’s been replaced with a brand new Elf character, adding even more variety to the lineup.
Why I made this change
Because this shouldn’t feel like content you missed.
It should feel like something you’re excited to play with.
And honestly… I just wanted this in the game.
